$NEOV Thesis: Domestic BESS pure-play at an inflection point NeoVolta designs and manufactures LiFePO4 energy storage systems. Started in residential, now rapidly expanding into C&I and utility-scale while building U.S. manufacturing capacity. The setup - Georgia JV plant (Pendergrass) — NeoVolta owns 80%. Initial 2 GWh capacity (scalable to 8 GWh). FEOC-compliant (critical for IRA tax credits/domestic content). Site acceptance testing targeted end of August, production ramp on track for Q3 2026. - First utility-scale LOI: ~$200M / 1.1 GWh with Infinite Grid Capital (projects in West Texas, Puerto Rico, PJM) timed to the Georgia ramp. Aimed at AI/data center and grid infrastructure demand. - C&I traction: First firm order from Luminia (~$1.9M) with a broader pipeline that management has framed as meaningful potential equipment revenue. - Revenue already scaling hard from a small base (TTM ~$18M, +300%+ YoY earlier in the year) even as residential solar faced ITC headwinds. Why it matters U.S. grid stress + AI power demand + preference for FEOC-compliant/domestic BESS creates a structural tailwind. A successful Georgia ramp turns NeoVolta from a small residential player into a vertically integrated supplier with real scale potential (illustrative full utilization of 2 GWh has been discussed in the hundreds of millions of revenue range at typical pricing). Market cap sits around $100–110M. Analysts (Needham, Lake Street, Northland) are constructive with Buy/Outperform ratings and targets ranging $8–$15. Risks Still loss-making with elevated opex as they invest ahead of the ramp. Recent equity raises mean dilution is a live factor. LOIs are non-binding — conversion risk exists. Manufacturing start-up risk is high for any new plant. Residential demand remains soft post-ITC changes. Competition in storage is intense. This is a high-beta, execution-driven story. The Georgia plant + utility LOI are the clear catalysts. If they hit the Q3 production ramp and convert pipeline into firm orders, the revenue step-change could be significant relative to the current market cap. If the ramp slips or capital needs keep diluting, the downside is obvious. Watching commissioning progress, order conversions, and cash runway closely. $NEOV is currently trading near all time lows, yet OBV is trading at all time highs after some big accumulation days. Looking like a juicy opportunity after breaking out of a longer term diagonal resistance and is consolidating. Wait for shorter term diagonal resistance breakout confirmation.

$QQQ fell 3.5% today and the Nasdaq 100 briefly hit correction territory, 10% off its October high. Markets now price about a 75% chance of a December Fed hike. I believe the 200-day is the line to watch. Wait for confirmation before buying the dip. Where are you stepping in?

$INTC just had its worst day on record, down about 29% after guiding Q4 well below what the Street expected. I think the guide was the whole story, not the Q3 beat. It gapped under the 50 and 200-day on huge volume. Not catching this knife. Waiting for a base. Who's buying?

$JHX: Guide raise into the print Setup: Early Stage 2A with a trend template of 8/8. Recent pocket pivots for context, none today. No VCP yet. Catalyst: Raised FY27 sales guide after a strong Q1. Fermacell sale to Holcim remains intact. Citi moved to Neutral in late September. Flow: Quiet on options. Dark pool mid, not a clear accumulation read. Sentiment: Cleared. Very thin and bullish; generic multi-ticker spam is not a dedicated pump. Earnings: Fiscal Q2 Thursday Nov 5 after the close. Caution: Near-earnings entry. Track how the print lands.

$SPY finished just below the 100 D EMA. A reclaim at any point next week would be bullish. The earlier we reclaim, the better.
With elections next Tuesday, mass fears of Iran War resuming, and the $INTC, $AMZN, and $RDDT earnings igniting the AI trade fears, it's possible this is a flush of people rushing to the sideline before the weekend and a big week in the US next week. The good news. $SPY could possibly be forming a bullish OBV divergence while OBV is breaking out of diagonal resistance. Watch for a reclaim of the 100 D EMA today or by mid week next week once the dust has settled after the elections.

$QQQ down over 3%, its worst day since June, and well under the 50-day. Chips are leading it lower, with $SMH down nearly 7% after the $AMZN and Intel reports. About 9% off the Oct 6 high now. The 200-day is the next level I'm watching. Buyable dip or start of a real correction?
