Yesterday saw the Under 9 Orange teams compete in the @LTANorthPerform challenge!! The morning team came a close 4th and the afternoon team took the win! Jake and Ella won the best attitude and sportsmanship awards! Well done to all the players involved! @YorkshireTennis

Over the weekend we had players competeting all around the country. Louis played in the Grade 2 under 10 event in Norwich winning 3/5 matches! A big well done to Louis on finishing 11th! A great experience for Louis competeting against the best in the country! @YorkshireTennis

Appetite control fascinates me. Surely this is the key to weight management. An old but fascinating paper showing decreased energy intake just by increasing protein. The flip side to this. How many athletes don't eat enough Cal's to gain lean because feel so full from protein?
