Trump designated Cuba a “state sponsor of terrorism” January 11, 2021. Biden could have reversed him upon taking office 9 days later. He didn’t, and created the worst economic crisis in Cuba’s history. He changes course today but Trump can reinstate next week. Sanctions must end!
