It’s great to introduce our newest colleagues to the business, and to welcome them to our lovely new head office, but the highlight is always actually meeting them and spending the day with them.
Group Induction Today, we held our first #groupinduction of the year 2024. This is part of our quarterly routine where we gather all our new team members and introduce them to the different areas of our business and show them how their roles fit into the bigger picture.
Enjoyed facilitating this session! We had some fantastic conversations and discussion points.
This month to mark #timetotalk day, we opened up the conversation around Health and Wellbeing at Henry Boot. The talk gives us valuable insights into our people's experiences and helps us improve our approach to supporting positive #healthandwellbeing.
