Spooky Fact 🧛♀️
Did you know that Georgia State House Representatives receive only $7000 a year for ALL office and staffing expenses, and are prohibited from fundraising during the legislative session? 👻
$7000 is NOT enough to pay living wages to staff, host community events consistently, and stay on top of legislation and constituent concerns, and that is by design! 🦇
It's not an accident that the majority of politicians are older, wealthy people who don't like you or me. 🎃
That's where YOU come in. It's people like you, chipping in what you're able, who will make the difference between what we need to succeed and what the state will not provide! 🖤
If you believe in our movement, please pitch in before midnight!

Y'all, our LAST campaign finance deadline of the campaign is TOMORROW! 🚨
That means, what we’ve fundraised so far in the campaign becomes public info, and the establishment learns what people power means in terms of $$ raised.
We need funds for:
- Paying living wages to staff who will support him in navigating the statehouse and providing excellent constituent services
- Conducting community outreach through the legislative session, like canvassing and town halls
