Emmy-winning @GreatDayHouston TV host Deborah Duncan has been a tremendous help in promoting a healthy lifestyle in Texas. She was my best ambassador and honorary Balkan sister to me and @NBA legend Rudy Tomjanovich.
NBA and @HoustonRockets legend Rudy Tomjanovich has significantly helped me promote a healthy lifestyle in Houston and across Texas. We visited many schools to encourage future leaders of our nation to be the best versions of themselves.
Dijana Handanovic, a professor of architecture at @UHouston, is a keynote speaker for more than 100 European mayors and city officials this month in Chemnitz, Germany.
One of my fitness challenges involved speed-walking 3 miles (5 km) while carrying a 200-lb weight vest, which is equivalent to 320 lbs of human weight.. Together with my 220 lbs, that was equivalent to a person who weighs 540 lbs (245 kg) walking 3 miles (5 km).
Some famous athletes called me to try it, and they managed less than 50 yards.

Today, my instructor was a Texas Ranger. Only 197 of them serve 32 million Texans—an exclusive group of elite officers known as Texan Devils. That name was given to them by criminals and outlaws.
Texas Rangers are some of the most professional law enforcement officers I have ever met. I'm honored to attend the DPS Citizens Academy and learn from the best of the best.

I had a great time meeting the DPS Driver License Division team and was happy to gift them my health and fitness book, ReSync Your Life. These remarkable people serve our needs daily and tirelessly. It was my pleasure to motivate them about a healthy lifestyle.

I am grateful to the World Fitness Federation (WFF) for the honor of being named an Honorary Member of WFF Balkan. The recognition of my work in the United States on a global scale humbles and motivates me.

Want to see exactly where Houston's money goes? The city's Open Finance platform includes an Open Budget Portal and an Open Checkbook — where you can search every payment made to city vendors, run reports, and download the data yourself.
With Sgt. Richard Standifer, the community outreach and public education contact for @TxDPS. He is truly one of a kind—one of the nicest and most professional people you’ll meet in law enforcement.
NBA and @HoustonRockets living legend Rudy Tomjanovich is walking with me for 3 miles. He is 78, and my challenge is a 140-pound weighted vest.
We visit schools, homeless shelters, organizations, senior homes, and government agencies to promote healthy lifestyles. We have never charged the City of Houston or the State of Texas for our services. We do this because we believe it is our patriotic duty.
