Notice how Kou is looking down at Hanako while Hanako is looking up at Kou, which means that the frame of Kou with the stars is from HANAKO’S perspective, which ALSO means that Hanako finds Kou attractive, similarly to Nene in this arc, WHICH ALSO MEANS THAT HANAKOU IS REAL

#HanaKou me whenever people say that Hanako and Kou don't care for each other when Teru, TERU, OF ALL CHARACTERS, HIMSELF, acknowledges the care they BOTH have for each other! (1/10)
