Selling 2 tickets for tomorrow. Ipswich at home. South lower @evertonspares
📢📢 - 1878s STATEMENT - 📢📢
We thought the potential sale of our biggest young talent was bad enough, but the last 24 hours has topped that.
On Saturday Moyes said "I don't think we can afford to lose any players, we need to stay as strong as we can” - Since then we have lost another 5 players (3 of them who have left play in areas we needed to strengthen in) and only brought 2 in.
To leave us with no back up full backs and just one striker is full on gross negligence, not forgetting we also lost one of our best players at an under valued price in today’s market in the process without replacing him too.
We stated on Sunday that we do not feel that our fanbase’s ambitions and the club’s ambitions align right now - what happened yesterday has proved that even more.
As a group we will still be standing down for the foreseeable future and will not be dedicating a huge amount of our own time to put together the displays that we do that try and generate the best pre match atmosphere possible.
To be clear, this is nothing against the signings we have made, we welcome them to the club and wish them the best of luck here.
However, like the rest of our fanbase, we are utterly disappointed and disgusted with how this transfer window has gone, especially the end of it.
Also for fans asking, just to reiterate - When we design flags, there are rules and regulations that we have to adhere to regarding the wording on our flags during displays, we are not allowed derogatory or offensive wording or images.
If we were able to get a load of flags in the ground to show our feelings of discontent, disappointment & anger over this whole situation, believe us, we would, but this is something that simply wouldn’t be allowed.
Despite how we all feel we still urge fans to get behind our team on the pitch for 90 mins like we did at Bournemouth on Saturday.
We will fully support any action the fanbase takes in reaction to this extremely poor transfer window.

1 striker and he gets goosed after 60 minutes
A team that wasn’t far off Europe last season but fell off towards the end due to fatigue and tiredness…let’s make it smaller!

Everton started the window with 2 LBs and 1 natural RB who couldn’t get a game and the manager and CEO said they wanted more. We now have 1 LB that’s it. The situation is a farce
Replying to @JPercyTelegraph
If this is true, every away supporter yesterday needs to hold their head high. The message was put across loud and clear.

Everton owners TFG including Dan Friedkin accepted proposal for Harrison Armstrong from Nottingham Forest. After a unanimous push back from the clubs leadership group and our fanbase, a decision has now been to made to reject any proposal for the 19 year-old 🔵
Be sacked next week for going against the board btw
🔵 Post game interview, Moyes clearly concerned how this transfer window will play out. When asked if he had anything to say to the fans, he said ‘their manager is an Evertonian’. For all his perceived flaws, let’s never forget ‘In Moyes we trust’. #EFC

📣📣📣 1878s STATEMENT 📣📣📣
First and foremost the 7 of us in this group are fans, fans who spend our hard earned money to follow our team home and away like many others. We are nothing else, just fans like everyone else who wants the best for our football club.
We are an independent group, who have developed a good relationship with the club over the years. However, it doesn’t mean to say that we agree with every decision the club makes and in this situation we certainly don’t.
The potential sale of Harrison Armstrong goes against everything our fanbase stands for, a young talented scouser who is the future of our club.
Should the sale of Harrison Armstrong go ahead, as a group of blues who all do this in our spare time for free, have full time jobs & children.
It has been decided, as a group, that we will be standing down for the foreseeable future and will not be dedicating a huge amount of our own time to put together the displays that we do that try and generate the best pre match atmosphere possible.
We do not feel right now that our fanbase’s ambition and clubs ambition align.

We still urge fans to get behind our team on the pitch and sing our hearts out for 90 mins like we did yesterday at Bournemouth.
We will support any actions taken by our fans regarding this.
