People with pain often turn to anything that offers hope. Cannabidiol (CBD) is being pushed as a silver bullet. Well it ain't: it's ineffective, expensive, and possibly harmful (jpain.org/article/S1526-5900…). @TheJournal_Pain @EmmaFisher1 @Chris_Eccleston & Sebastian Straube
