This football club. This beautiful football club. Witness the stages of a 67-second long breakdown of a Barnsley fan wonderfully executed by Preston North End.
FWIW, I’d cut the loans of Burgzorg, Gibbs and Erabi short tonight. Absolute waste of 3 loan spots.
Burgzorg is by far the worst signing I’ve seen us make. The bloke would be good if he could pass and shoot. Gibbs and Erabi I’m lost for words.

Huge well done to Peter Ridsdale and James Wallace for concocting this absolute mess of a playing squad.
Voices need to be heard at Deepdale next weekend, Peter’s days at this club should be numbered.
Club is a complete and utter car crash. Enough is enough. #pnefc
This goes for the coaching staff too. Murphy and Pollitt especially. Iversen is a shadow of a player he was. Confidence is shot at. GA needs to bring in trusted heads, he shouldn’t give the existing coaching staff a chance. #pnefc
Kenny back but Lindsay starting #pnefc
Really not confident going into tomorrow at all. Who would be?
Showed positive signs against Millwall but Tuesdays game was a real concerning eye opener.
You have the feeling something has to give sooner rather than later, otherwise, it’s curtains. #pnefc

Oli and Jack are joined by @SamThomas26 to cover all things #pnefc.
Including:
- Return of Grezza⚪️
- Current state of affairs
- I’ve got nothing else positive to say here.

Nothing will change if action doesn’t start sooner rather than later either. Ridsdale and co shouldn’t have the front to even think of showing their faces at Deepdale for the foreseeable.
Run this club into the ground well and proper. It cannot go on for much longer. #pnefc
Ridsdale, Hemmings and Wallace to blame for this.
The squad that has been put together is absolutely dire, it struggles in league one. Not one of them is fit to wear the shirt either. Play like they’ve just met each other in the car park half an hour before kick off. #pnefc
Dead and buried and it’s October. Club is rotten to the core and the warning signs have been there to see for years, since Alex Neil got sacked.
Atmosphere around the club is on its arse, Grezza being appointed gave us 5 minutes to forget it all. #pnefc
Players also massively to blame, they can’t escape this. They all need a massive reality check because they’re acting as if they’re happy to just pick up a wage at the end of every week.
No passion or grit whatsoever, and some inflated ego’s at this club also. Shambolic. #pnefc
Majority of these players are just about happy to be here picking a wage up and nothing else. To be 2-0 up in control and then to that is absolutely spineless stuff.
New manager has one hell of a job to pick up this mess and make something out of it. #pnefc
Change the brick wall to a polystyrene one. #pnefc
One of a handful of players that absolutely gutted me when they left. Whiteman had huge boots to fill when he took on that captaincy but didn’t live up to it.
Effectively replacing Browne with Browne if the move happened, and I don’t have a problem with that at all. #pnefc
EXCL: Understand Blackburn Rovers target Alan Browne has held multiple rounds of talks with Preston North End over the weekend, with talks ongoing.
Browne is open to a move, with his future at Sunderland uncertain.

Considering the clubs in an absolute state of disarray at the moment that’s class.
Club need to act fast to avoid opening day embarrassment 👍🏼 #pnefc
An opening day away end sell-out.
Backed by 4,400 of you in Bolton. Thank you for your incredible support. 🤍
