I don’t think AI will kill SaaS completely. But it absolutely shifts the expectation that you as an indiehacker should ship something 10x bigger than what you could previously. Anyone can build a 1x vanilla SaaS now. Go 10x or go home.

Talked to a startup’s founders. In 6 months, 1 engineer built their web, desktop, iOS, and Android apps with AI. Just 1 engineer. And they’re not shitty prototypes. They’re polished, well-designed, and reliable apps. AI is turning 10x engineers into 100x engineers. This wasn’t possible last year.

Too many podcast agencies focus on selling the medium not the service. “Did you know that 104 million Americans listen to podcasts every month?” If a potential buyer has found you, chances are they already know they want a show. Focus on how you’re different instead.
