⚡️ | Adding lasers to the amazing Alton Towers Fireworks Spectacular!
🎆 | Last weekend we had the pleasure of joining Alton Towers for their Fireworks Spectacular end of season celebration show. For the event, we worked closely with Lighting Designer Olly Suckling and Creative geniuses Simon Allen and Sam Simkin from Choreographed Chaos, to provide a laser solution to the show: Alton Intelligence. We used Atom 58s for punchy overhead atmospherics and Atom 10s (fitted with Pangolin Pass) to create safe and immersive audience effects for key moments with the show. At our Midlands office, the pre-visualisation time was vital to ensure all three different shows were synchronised tightly with all other show elements to make for the best visual experience. Thanks again to everyone involved, and we were glad to be a part of this special production and we hope to join Alton Towers again next year!

An accessible, aesthetic work of art, the #100Years100Faces mural is a living to tribute to the inspirational individuals who have left their mark on our world craft city.
As those who attended the unveiling event heard, the mural showcases our unique city as ‘a history of heartbeats knitted together with theatre tickets, penalty shootouts, helping hands, and smiling kilns.’
The publicly nominated people depicted will provide a hundred conversation themes and serve as an enduring #SoT100 legacy.

I think we can stop podcasts now, they’ve peaked. We’ve got James Acaster pretending to be a genie and shouting ‘POPPADOMS OR BREAD’ at Robert de Niro. We’ve completed podcasts as a society.

Kaz genuinely had me fooled, I thought he'd been selected as a traitor kept secret from the audience or something, but to wipe the smile off Joe's face like that, that was pure cinema #TheTraitors

For an hour and half the whole of Britain went on that journey. Shock, drama, tears and a happy ending.
A staple of British heritage.

A reminder that Gonzo's delivery of the single greatest line in film history is made infinitely better once you realise it is an EXACT rendering of Charles Dickens' own emphasis in the original story.
