Chip time on the 10k was 48:53, so also crushed a PR/PB at this distance. I’m going to try to stay consistent through the winter so I can destroy my first marathon in May

21:47 chip time! Strava says it wasn’t a full 5k, but whatever! Pacing is hard on a 5k so started our way too fast, but absolutely crushed it. Consistent training is paying off - 10k in September, let’s get it
