I sold my online gambling company for $40M in 2021. I was 23 when I signed the deal. That’s a fun story I’ll tell soon. I made millions but got bored quick. Started another company.
A lot of my friends and business colleagues say I should be more active on X. I’ve been quietly listening behind the door for years.
Ha, why not. I’ll give it a go. More to come.
Some photos of my first office in Chicago off Wells. Loved this place.
I refuse to believe this wasn’t written by The Onion.
For too many transgender Chicagoans, the sense of belonging they deserve in their city has been denied by exclusion and barriers to opportunity in spaces that should feel safe and welcoming. Since declaring a Transfemicide State of Emergency, our administration has strengthened the City’s capacity to support LGBTQ+ Chicagoans. This framework builds on that work by centering the voices and lived experiences of trans Chicagoans to chart a path toward a safer, more connected city.
That’s enough money to give every one of Illinois’ roughly 138,000 teachers, 48,000 police officers, and 16,000 firefighters a $1,000 holiday bonus check every year for the next 14 years.
The correct amount of taxpayer money to spend on illegal aliens is $0.
The City of Chicago has spent approximately $625 million on illegal aliens since 2022 & the State of Illinois spent $2.8 billion on illegal aliens since 2022.
I’m ok with legislatures not bending for the Bears but let’s hear a lil more about how illegal aliens have raised the tax burden on everyday Chicagoans.

Statement from the Office of the Mayor:

ALT "Over the last several years the Bears have stated their intentions in multiple jurisdictions, today's announcement is not surprising. It's also not surprising that Bears officials have stated this vote does not mean a move to Hammond is a done deal. Without a final site selection, until we see shovels in the ground in Hammond, the City of Chicago will continue to engage in discussions grounded in the interests of our residents. Office of the Mayor. Chicago."
In an American town in 1790, if someone got stabbed in the neck, the entire town grabbed torches, rang the church bell, locked the gates, and spent three days hunting for whoever did it.
Today, we hold a press conference explaining that neck stabbings are a complex issue and assuring everyone that, after posting exactly $0 in bail, the assailant may be free to pursue a second neck stabbing.

Every city deserves good neighbors.
Abdulhafedh Abdulhafedh, the alleged leader of a bank robbery crew who was killed in a shootout with the FBI on the West Side last week, was tracked down in a weekslong manhunt powered by surveillance cameras, tracking devices and cellphone monitoring. chicago.suntimes.com/the-wat…
A functioning city does not normalize people being stabbed in the neck on public transit.
@ChicagosMayor wants us to treat it like the weather.
Cloudy. 72 degrees. 30% chance of a neck stabbing on the CTA.
Another man stabbed in the neck on the CTA Blue Line in the Loop last night.
Brandon Johnson’s safety plan launched March 10, promising 75% more policing and real crime drops.
Since then, at least four stabbings and sharp-object attacks have hit CTA trains and platforms. Aggravated assaults and batteries are up 33% year-over-year.
Three months in, the only thing rising under his safety plan is the number of stabbings.

Haitian identity is as culturally relevant to the city of Chicago as Japanese identity is to Afghanistan.
I am proud to be the first Mayor of Chicago to celebrate with our vibrant Haitian community at City Hall. Happy Haitian Heritage Month, @Chicago!
People are getting their heads blown off in River North. There is literal brain matter splattered all over Hubbard and LaSalle.
Grandmothers are getting their fingers bitten off by Venezuelan migrants in Gold Coast.
Mentally deranged drug addicts are stabbing people in the neck on the Red Line in Lincoln Park.
We live in a war zone. We are dying. We are being killed in prime time Chicago neighborhoods.

Fix the city you’re responsible for. Stop lecturing us from the other side of the world about the other side of the world.
Strong men build. Weak men blame. You cannot blame your way to a great city. You must build one.
Might buy the credit off a Chinese lender in litigation that awards me 150-250 acres in the Catskills — half has septic, rest is zoned residential. 2.5 hours from NYC.
Would build luxury homes on 3 acre lots, not tiny-home junk. Pics of inspiration below.

America screamed, and it was deafening.

– House majority
– State governor majority
– State legislature majority

Spot on. I hope the truth gets as much attention as the hoax.
As I expected, the case against Mike Polisky brought by former Northwestern cheerleader Hayden Richardson has been dismissed without a settlement.
I thought after the Duke lacrosse case that journalists in particular would be more careful automatically taking one side.
Public pressure, including from a journalist that is on the Board of Trustees, that led to Northwestern losing Mike Polisky as an athletic director, set the program back years.
I look forward to Mike getting a fair look by everyone in the sports business world on all his future endeavors.

For ~10 years, I’ve had friends, colleagues, investors - all ask me to refrain from publicly supporting Donald Trump.
It’s wonderful to see large democratic-donating businessman of 2012 change their tone. The charade is over.
God Bless #45 and God Bless America! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
