Very happy to share the latest work out in @SciImmunology. Here we use single cell RNA-sequencing in combination with an activation induced marker (AIM) assay to explore the impact of the COVID-19 vaccine regimen on T cell quality. With @PKlenermanLab @nprovine @NDMOxford
A new study finds that extended intervals between #SARSCoV2 mRNA vaccine doses lead to higher quality T cell responses and lower inflammation after vaccination in humans.

And please check out it's sister paper also at @SciImmunology, led by the brilliant @aliamini419 and @TheLucyGarner.
