🤣🤦‍♂️

A point against Walsall was respectable enough in the circumstances. The problem is, the circumstances are entirely unrespectable. On Town's draw with the Saddlers, what happened after it, and where we find ourselves as a club. #stfc themoonraker.counterpress.me…

Well, at least it was entertaining. Plenty of effort, plenty of endeavour, plenty of opportunities to fashion a sight of goal. Little end quality. Walsall can be rightly aggrieved that they didn't get that pen when Ripley chopped Sodje's shins off (though it would never be a red). Division is exactly as expected: 14-18 very similar teams capable of scrapping for playoffs or slipping towards a relegation scare. Swindon closer to the latter right now. #stfc

Clearly got the ball. Terrific refereeing. 🫣

If you can spare a bit to support this initiative at the ground today, please do.

Spotted. Stephan Negru strolling through Old Town this morning. Seemed to be moving as normal. Swindon Town could do with that ankle issue in training being a fuss over nothing. #stfc

The club was one of several potential recipients of Mr Eady's generosity, per his will. The Moonraker provides context within the wider piece.

Interesting note from Ian Holloway at today's presser. He sees oppos double-marking Aaron Drinan (who's still perfectly in line with his xG and scoring every other game). So what can Town do to free Drinan up, or make the most of the space that might be elsewhere. Some ideas... #stfc themoonraker.counterpress.me…
