Wednesday. Definitely Wednesday. Head all over the place so much so I literally don’t know what day of the week it is 🤦🏻‍♀️

Monday done ✔️ It’s been a long hard day. Now the 4 “B’s”… Bath, book, baked cheese and bed.

Just over 3 hours sleep last night and awake since 3.45am. 😞

Head so busy again. It won’t stop. My head feels like it is going to explode. I do have answers as to why I am like this. I just wish my meds would hurry up. I feel it would help my anxiety and they both feed into each other. Going to try my Sleepband tonight.

Got my diagnosis for ADHD in August but now on it waiting list for meds. Dr does not want to mess with my anxiety meds until I get medicated for my ADHD as they could help with my anxiety. Meanwhile I am permanently exhausted. Fatigue with my AI illnesses on top of that:

Just got into bed. Awake from 3.20am last night. My ADHD/anxiety brain will not shut off once I have woken up with fibro & joint pain. Then my head is just too busy & overwhelmed. I have been Drs said to try and hold on until my ADHD gets medicated. But on the waiting list.

Not gonna lie @Dominos_UK I should have just put some bread in the toaster for tea. Wrong side order and the Pizza was luke warm and overdone. Awful and a total waste of money

Things that have irked me this week; people coming into work ill. I am on methotrexate. My immune system is taken out. I do not want to be ill. People just not making an effort. I am sick of reaching out to people and they just don’t reciprocate. Noted. Guess it goes both ways

This time of year weird stuff always happens in my gaff. Saturday was the sound of the office next door (not part of my place) sounding like something or someone being pushed down the stairs. Tonight I came home to the bathroom light on. It was definitely not on when I left today
