If you get five mins before the 12th May, and you're a drama teacher, drama student, or parent in the UK, please fill this survey out so that we can get enough stats to send to the government and press. Also please share. We've only got 52 responses so far and we need at least 1000! Let's all pull together and do this 🎭💪 docs.google.com/forms/d/15dw…
When one of your fave authors gives you a quote for the front cover of your book🥹💜. Thank you so much @bethrevis!

My children arrived from foster care with very few possessions, but each had a lovely little box full of books, painted to look like a treasure chest, given to them by the @Booktrust. For just £10, another child could have that same joy... #JustOneBook

I can understand how writers in the 1800s wrote without electricity, the internet, and Scrivener.
But writing without music playing? This is beyond my understanding. How did they do it?

I have dyslexia. There were typos in my MS. I got 9 offers of rep. I’ve found the industry to be very kind about my dyslexia.
Are typos something you look for when reading an ms? As a person with dyslexia there will always be typos i don’t notice and I’m always worried they will automatically disqualify me. #AskMentor #PitchWars
I’m writing on a train and a teen sat next to me. He read as I edited, and after about ten mins he said, “wow where can I buy your work? Tell me more about this story you are creating. Please put your name in my phone.” Ha, day made!
