I’ll be running the Stevenage Half Marathon and raising money for Cancer Research UK ❤️
Absolutely no pressure at all to donate, even just sharing the fundraiser would be massively appreciated and helps get it in front of more people.

An indefensible result.
LASK had the freedom to play exactly how they wanted, Sporting looked uninspired until the 85th minute.
No where near good enough
Sporting’s midfield is all over the place.
The defenders almost look terrified at having the ball at their feet.
Geny and Irankunda have made good runs but not much on the end product.
Changes needed desperately
Cristiano Ronaldo has been given a 30-day suspension and a €255 fine for leaving the National Team’s training camp.
Ronaldo reportedly earns around:
💰 £20,320 per hour
💰 £339 per minute
💰 £5.64 per second
So it takes him roughly 45 seconds to earn the value of that fine.

In their last five league fixtures, Sporting CP have faced:
• Braga, coached by Carlos Vicens
• Arouca - Vasco Seabra
• Famalicão - Carlos Carvalhal
• Nacional - Bruno Abreu (interim)
• Rio Ave - Sotiris Silaidopoulos
All have since left their posts in differing fashion.
New Braga manager Franclim Carvalho has been at Braga before, as Artur Jorge’s assistant.
However, his experience as a head coach is limited.
He’s managed just 40 games in total, winning 13, including 10 wins in 22 games at Botafogo.
And just 3 wins in 18 games at B-SAD…

Esperado.

2 managerial sackings today in Portugal.
First of all, Carlos Vicens is sacked by Sporting Braga.
Second, Alexandre Santos (only appointed a month ago) is sacked by CD Nacional.
No matter who’s side your on, Ronaldo going back to United is up there as one of the worst career moves from player and club.
United and ETH didn’t suit Ronaldo at all, and Ronaldo could have could have spent those final years in Europe competing for trophies/goals elsewhere.
Really good read here. I was never really ETH’s biggest fan, but was interesting to hear some of the things regarding the player power
