All in the name of FEMALE science
It’s so refreshing that finally, more studies are starting to use female participants. However, for these studies to be able to take place we need to participate in them!

Really looking forward to starting this year with @trueathleteproj as an athlete mentor!
Our 2023 Global #Mentoring Program begins, bringing together athletes across sports, backgrounds & continents, each with a different start point & journey ahead.
Mentors and mentees have just met for the very first time! 😃💙🧡🦋🌎🌱

Both opening ceremonies from London 2012 and now Birmingham 2022 just make me realise how much more interesting learning about British history can actually be when it’s not just read from a textbook #CommonwealthGames2022

At the Olympics, Jamaican hurdler @ParchmentHansle accidentally showed up to the wrong venue for his race.
A young woman gave him taxi money to get to the right stadium.
He won gold.
Then, he tracked down the woman to say thank you.
It's beautiful.

Good advice from @UniofBathAlumni and @CrewBath rower Sam Courty 👇
.@SamCourty first started rowing in 2011 – and last year she and @WithersAnnie qualified the women’s pair for the Tokyo Olympics.
What advice would the former World Class Start rower give on training and also life?

It should have been 4’s head and @Leander_Club’s Annual Dinner today. Here’s what happens when training meets Annual dinner meets lockdown! Hope all the members are well and keeping safe during this time, hopefully this makes you smile ☺️
Right, time for some reality on social media. I suffer from severe anxiety and PTSD when it come to injections, needles and anything really medical. I’ve recorded a podcast to openly talk about my journey and why wanting to go to the Olympics has forced me to face my fear
Arrived home to this delivery today, only question is, who sent it to me?!? I’ve asked all the tailenders I know and no luck. Someone needs a ‘#cheers’ from me! @itsmattchin #tailendersoftheworlduniteandtakeover #mysterytailender
