The Venezuelan group C4 Trio has taken the national instrument of their homeland, the four-string cuatro, to new heights. npr.org/2022/01/22/107316043…

The cuatro players of C4 Trio are the future of Venezuela's national instrument

From their unlikely start as rival contestants in a music competition, the Venezuelan cuatro players of C4 Trio have become a big concert draw. They're releasing a series of EPs ahead of a new album.

Really saddened to know the passing of one of my Pau Donés, the music I grew up listening to, that made me dance, laugh and cry. It’s a great lost. RIP Pau ❤️🙏🏻 Muy triste por tu partida

As we kick off this year’s LAMC, we are so saddened to learn of the passing our nuestro querido Pau Dones from Jarabe de Palo. Today, this is how we choose to remember him. On stage, radiant and sharing his music and love with his fans. Rest in Peace Pau. Thank you for the songs

Robin Roberts’ sister who is afraid of needles did it for her. It wasn’t scary or hard. It was very much worth it. Please take 5 minutes to order a kit at ourraceagainsttime.org/story… If you don’t match with Juwan you might match and save someone else. This is so fucking easy.
