I broke my thumb on my dominant hand a few weeks ago and it’s literally the most annoying thing ever. Doesn’t even hurt anymore, it’s just a major inconvenience.

When I first started working remote, I thought it was crazy to work with people I’d never met, and not know basic things about them, like their height, what they brought for lunch or how many tattoos they had. Now I appreciate separation from personal life. 😂
Someone being a Salesforce Champion, Golden Hoodie, MVP, well-liked influencer, etc. does not guarantee they’re “the best”, able to provide sound technical advice, or worth a salary higher than their peers. Sometimes they’re just likable. I’ll die on this hill.
Am I claiming to be “the best” because I’m a “Champion”? Absolutely not, I learn something knew every day. Are there also a lot of talented individuals with these prestigious titles? Of course! But these titles have no correlation to # years on platform and that’s concerning.
