@GWRHelp new trains awful, no power in coach G on 16.03 to Penzance - broken already.

Arrived in London now. No hot water on trolley, so no coffee... brilliant.

@GWRHelp on Totnes to paddingron 9.21. freezing cold, everyone in coats...after 1 hour 20 mins still no sign of a trolley to get a warm drink. Appalling service, you should be ashamed.
