Our DYNAMITE consortium was funded by EP-PerMed JTC2024 for uncovering the mechanisms of ovarian cancer chemoresistance with @Sampsa_H @HelsinkiUniMed @iCAN_Finland #Johanna Hynninen, @UniTurku @TuulaKallunki @cancer_dk. This will be coordinated by me at @NCMMnews @UniOslo_MED

Nice - cohesin may only be required for enhancer-promoter comm for distal enhancers (>50kb). This nicely extends (and generalises) findings from @wendy_bickmore at shh locus, tethering a TF at different distances. There 100kb was the tested cut off - interesting to see even 50kb
