if only this DMCA would go through but i have to wait till later this week like Tuesday or Wednesday for a response pertaining to Masterworked(.)gg full on copying or brand, wording, and sentences to a T just in different wording.
But they damn sure knew we existed 9 days before they did since we launched on September 27th, 2026 while they launched on October 6th, 2026.
We did an audit of their site and found a ton of things that copied @SafeMoonD2 and statements the owners made that are now contradicted on their end with the evidence we now have.
All evidence has sources that links to exact documentation for both sites.
I'll release the PDF document when the DMCA has been responded too.

I think a lot of people are failing to understand what we mean by copying.
We understand the Bungie API is open to anyone and everyone, but from what we saw it was 100% copied by a prompt.
Several users on that post even called that site out for security issues and pages being displayed up to 10 different times.
We are very open and transparent with the Ai models we use which is also stated all in our privacy policy, which you legally have to do.
I genuinely think it’s sad that this community is so misguided and misled because of a simple word and what it’s processes are.
Yes we sent a DMCA, not because of the “idea” but the way this whole site was pushed out randomly out of nowhere and then lied several different times about it being completely made with Ai. I’m flattered you chose our site to copy, but we will not be bullied and paraded by your hate mob and alt accounts.
We understand the vibe coding bs, but let’s not sit here and beat around the bush about this. If you wanna copy us off a prompt, cool. But put credit where it’s due, like how we put credit to all these other sites within our site including change-logs which are public btw.
