So far, April has seen losses of over ~$633M. the highest since March 2022 (~$715M). These losses are largely concentrated in major incidents like KelpDAO and Drift Protocol, with combined losses of around ~$576M. What’s clear is that these incidents span multiple attack vectors. some in smart contracts, others in multi-signature setups, and many at the infrastructure level. This reinforces a key point. we need full-stack, institutional-grade security to build truly secure protocols in the Web3 space. At @SafeEdges , we are aggressively pushing toward institutional security standards to provide stronger protection for our clients. We already enforce a CISO-level approach to code security across every project we audit. But it doesn’t stop at code. we are now expanding internally to collaborate more deeply on infrastructure security as well, bringing a holistic security layer aligned with high CISO standards. Our goal is clear: to help create a more secure Web3 ecosystem. If these kinds of incidents continue at this pace, it’s natural that people may start losing confidence in the space. This Q1 of 2026 has been really good for us. we’ve already wrapped up many great audits. We’ve also built our AI agent into the auditing process to improve quality, and our team is actively researching ways to enhance it further. We’re now moving forward to add formal verification as well. You’ll be seeing some great updates on our formal verification process soon.

I’m close to reaching a million this year after working day and night on @SafeEdges . I’ve worked with many auditors, some of whom are incredibly talented. This journey began with one of the hardest decisions of my life. leaving my job at the beginning of the year to fully focus on private work and Safe Edges. What followed was something I never imagined, not even in my dreams. Along the way, I learned more than I ever expected. 2025 has been a phenomenal year. one that taught me that comfort is the biggest enemy. Easy paths make you weak. If you believe you’re capable of more, you must push far beyond your current position. Never stop exploring things that feel impossible or seem beyond your level. that’s exactly how you grow into them. Never hesitate to make difficult decisions. I started many things I once believed were impossible or that I wasn’t built for. Today, I’m far better at what once felt out of reach. 2026 will be even better. Work incredibly hard, stay humble, and you will never be disappointed.
