Nothing sucks more than bad Customer Service! Will try to help as many of you as possible and also tag some executives along the way. #CustomerServiceHell

We are in the middle of a Customer Service crisis. Many companies continue to spend less and less in this area and view it as trivial. They're reducing headcount, increasing hold times, enforcing stingier refund policies, training their agents poorly, resorting to bots, and pretty much doing EVERYTHING in their power to save themselves as much money as possible at the expense of their users' time, money and sanity. Well you know what? It's time to take a stand. This year, I encourage all of you to FIGHT for that refund or other compensation that you are owed. It's your hard-earned money and you should have it, not some careless entity that gave you terrible service. Demand to speak to a Supervisor until an agent complies, even if they insist that it won't do anything. Dispute charges with your credit or debit card. Report companies to the Better Business Bureau and publicize their negligence on social media and Trustpilot. Threaten to switch to a competitor and actually do it if you have to. If a business doesn't care about you, then they don't deserve your business. And if the dollar amount that you are owed is substantial, take the company to Small Claims Court. It's easy to open a case and you can represent yourself. These companies are relying on all of us to concede defeat and stomach the loss. And they're hoping that this status quo never changes. Well screw that. Let's change it. 🙌 #CustomerService #BadCustomerService #CustomerServiceHell #FridayFeeling #Motivation

It's bad enough that airlines already make you wait 60 minutes or longer to talk to an agent sometimes. Now you have to do that AND pay $30 to Air Canada. Fun! #AirCanada

The OG customer service offender is still up to their old tricks! The world would be a such a better place if Comcast just disappeared. #Comcast
Comcast is the worst. I called last week to get new 4K boxes for my TVs. Since I'm disabled I wanted them to come out to install. I went over this several times. The installer came out today and said there was nothing about 4K boxes on the work order. Idiots! @XfinitySupport @Xfinity

2025 profit: $3.4 billion CEO Salary: $32 million Having the worst Customer Service possible and squeezing your customers to the very last drop: Priceless Some things in life make sense. For everything else, there's @united airlines. nytimes.com/2026/10/18/busin…

A friendly reminder that a lot of companies will charge you a monthly subscription without sending some sort of receipt each time (and hope you just keep it forever). Not really ethical, but it's common and you should be on the lookout for it. #CustomerServiceFail
Yesterday I realized I have been charged $20/mo by perplexity for a year. Finally cancelled that shit. IMO if you charge someone monthly. It should be illegal to not email them a receipt every single month you charge.

Airbnb Customer Service folks! As I've stated many times, their agents don't understand their own policies so it's virtually a crapshoot if you have to deal with them. Absolutely not worth the hassle. #Airbnb

I have been an @AmericanExpress card holder since 1999 -- their customer service and business practices have cratered -- keep an eye on your billing statements because AMEX has become a horrible company to deal with and they have no respect for their customers

Is anyone actually surprised by this? When you let a sleezy monopoly like Ticketmaster do whatever they want for decades on end, they're going to bend as many rules as possible to make an extra dollar. Let the devil go unchecked and he'll bring hell to everyone. #Ticketmaster

American Airlines in a nutshell folks. Buyer beware!
NO WAY MY FLIGHT JUST GOT DELAYED AGAIN FOR MAINTENANCE!!! literally @AmericanAir has got to be the worst airline EVER. Every single time I have a trip, y’all delay, cancel or rebook. A $12 meal voucher is not rectifying the shit storm of a day y’all are giving ppl.

Happy Customer Service Week everyone! (...except for the millions of people who are repeatedly screwed over by the companies who don't care about this.) To all of the CS agents who actually do this well and put in the extra effort, thank you. 🙏 #CustomerService

Maybe if celebrities start to post more about this, @dkhos will actually start to care about it. Still highly unlikely but hey, we can dream. #UberEats

Couldn't have said it better myself. Thoughts @FedEx?
It took over 3 minutes to navigate @Fedex automated menu and talk to a human. And then they were of no help. Companies used to pride themselves on customer service. Today, they just don't seem to give a crap about it.

Don't be afraid to leave a company for good if they treat you poorly. If they're not giving you good service then they don't deserve your business.
Once again @Hertz with the L. This time since I arrive 14 hours earlier, you want to charge me an additional $600, I can get the same truck by @Enterprise for a perfectly reasonable price. You lost a regular monthly customer

Forbes posted their "Best Customer Service" list today for their supposed top 300 companies in the space. Some thoughts: 1) Not a single U.S. airline in the top 70. Unsurprising. 2) Airbnb made the list (271), which is an absolute disgrace. They're not even top 3,000 let alone top 300, so this clearly wasn't researched well. 3) No hotel groups made the top 40. That is surprising. 4) The UPS Store (2) and FedEx Office (14) brick and mortar are ranked pretty high, but the actual shipping companies are miserable at this. 5) AT&T (126) and Verizon (287) shouldn't be anywhere near this thing. Another disgrace. 6) Southwest (284) has fallen to 9th place out of all airlines, a pretty big fall from grace considering where they were a decade ago. 7) Starlink (30) is a shock to me considering Elon's total blasé attitude towards Customer Service at his other companies. Full list below.
Forbes’ Best Customer Service list has a new No. 1. The list derives from a year-long survey of 164,000 consumers in the United States who provided 4.8 million ratings across 5,500 brands. Which company takes the top spot: forbes.com/lists/best-custom…

Airbnb at their old tricks again. A natural disaster would be a 100% refund on almost ANY other service platform. Not here though! Here you get to play God and decide how much unearned money you get to keep in the wake of them. #CustomerServiceFail

Wendy preaching to the choir here! 🙌 Service companies (like airlines) should be prioritizing Customer Service first, NOT last. And many of them have billions in profits. If they invested even 1% of that into Support, it would go a long way. Just pure greed.
Inflation is rising and customer service is collapsing.

Elon briefly mentioned Customer Service here back in 2023 and then just totally ignored it at all of his companies. Even when you have billions, talk is cheap.
Of course, you need to have good customer service for money. Working on it …
