Every few months someone on here says email warmup doesn't work.
V from Smartlead says his warmup network sends 70 million+ emails a day.
He said he'd love to shut it off because it costs him a fortune.
The problem is that it DOES work.

Finally met the SaaS GOAT @SaasTactic in person after years knowing each other digitally
Never ever have I met a more inspiring bootstrapped founder that built such a massive SaaS company and is so cool in person and chill

My parents were embarrassed when I walked the stage at my high school graduation.
Education was extremely important to them, and I wasn't the student they hoped I would be.
That day, they told me I could make it up to them in college.
A few years later, my lead gen agency had grown enough that I dropped out.
So instead of making it up to them, I disappointed them again.
My business kept growing after that.
I made more money and built a real company and created a life I was proud of.
But none of that fully replaced what graduating would have meant to my parents.
I was never really able to make it up to them, until recently.
V and the Smartlead team put me on a billboard in New York.
I got to bring my parents there and surprise them with it.
And for the first time, it felt like I could show them something they immediately completely understood.
It reminded me of what walking across that graduation stage could have been for them.
I don't think any amount of money could have created that same feeling.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to V and the Smartlead team for giving me that moment.

Our models are in New York this week. π
Not that kind of model.
@ChrisClickUp and @NickAbraham12 are up on two buildings in Manhattan, and neither of them has ever walked a runway.
Look up if you're around.
I LOVE when VCs defend their investments.
"Are they profitable?"
"Oh their CM274 is profitable, they're advertising adjusted profitable, they're capex excluded profitable"
Habibi, is money in more than money out
IF not, they are NOT

One of the truest 3 minutes i've watched in a while
βThe lifestyle of βan entrepreneur βat its core is: βI can take more pain than the other guy, and I'll prove it.β
ββThere's a zen that can happen when a warrior has fought for a long time. You can get used to it.β
ββYou almost start accepting it. Like, something bad happens and you don't even get mad.β
ββThere are benefits. βBut you need to make sure you don't get so used to it that it doesn't even bother you. You can get so zen, you're unbothered.β
ββThere's something special about the extra fierceness of being bothered, being upset about something that is wrong.β

1 - How I compensate my team (profit sharing, ect)
2 - How I structure my cold email team to MAXIMIZE performance
3 - How I won Hormozi's book launch affiliate challenge
