@British_Airways What is happening? A whole plane load at Lyon, waiting to fly to LHR - and not even the airport staff can reach you!! Already hours delayed….No info. No assistance, no customer service. Not good enough!
So now the flight is on the app as departing at 10:am. There is no BA rep here, no-one organising hotels, we are all just left sitting in the airport. Come on, BA!
It was such a joy to lead this concert tonight - a beautiful new violin concerto from @Camille_Pepin, played magnificently by @RCapucon and Mahler 1 with the marvellous @nationaldefce! Bravo tutti!
