I've been offered by 10 $100M+ companies to take on this role at 19 years old, mostly in the AI space There's 2 reasons why this archetype is so rare: 1/ CEO-bound, doesn't need to work for anyone, entrepreneurial at heart, likely consulting/agency owner 2/ Won the genetic lottery: Severely ADHD + autistic + cracked with English + hyper-creative all at a young age If you want to find someone like this, you need to look DEEP into X and socials and/or poach employees from competitors + agencies Once you find them, treat them with dire respect. IE treat them like you would a hot guy or girl at the bar. They've likely been hit on dozens of times and you need to stand out, whether thru company culture or the offer
