Having served 24 years, I was handed just 12 months to prepare for the rest of my life.
No clear support or guidance, like all I had to fight.
We don't need our hands held, that's insulting. We need clear opportunities and experienced career advisors.
We are looking for talented coaches to join our team next season. Be part of an exciting journey with the Pirates. DM for more infomation.

Not the finish I wanted, but all focus towards next season and taking this young squad to the next level.
Great to have @RugbyTTLPod cover our final league fixture of the season, sadly a lost to a quick Trojans back line was our undoing. All focus to next season now.
Not even finished for this season, and planning starts for the next. We are super ambitious to find promotion next year.

Thrilled to see three from our Academy programme earn a place in Saturdays squad. Our mighty 2s March on.
Two massive games for you this week, our 1s at home @BasRFCMens looking to take points away from the high flyers. 2s @OvertonRfc chasing a BP win to secure league status, following a win streak the team debuts two very talented youngsters from our Academy programme.

This week, with both squads on the road, we will be looking for clinical finishes and two massive wins.

Tough day, lots just didn't go our way, but delighted for our mighty 2s and our debut Colts players.
We march on, scrappy start but much improved second half and left 4 or 5 on the pitch.
Four more wins to claim the Division title, again !
Another step closer to another league title. Trades made us work for this one today, but in the end, Emsworth was too strong.
Love how we grow as a team despite the results, looking ahead to next season and finding out more about this team.
Tough day for the Pirates a narrow loss at home for our 2s, and the 1s put up a great fight till the end.
We take a break next week, then return @ERRFC
