Miss Buffy crossed the 🌈 bridge today.
I’ll miss her so much. She was suffering from kidney failure and an autoimmune disease that affected her paws. She’s at peace now. 9/19/2014 - 9/19/2026 😢🙏🏻

This is Maddie Ten - This was our foundation most heartbreaking story. Luckily she has been on my watch list and after she didn’t sell in the digital sale. I got many people involved to get her. She was in bad shape in bad conditions- She is going on the van here to a farm for rehab. She was scared but she loaded - Go to our website Diamondracehorseaftercare.or… to donate and help Maddie

Our 2nd rescue today is the grey Sterling. We found him with Steve in Wisconsin and they were very bonded. Steve was distressed after Sterling was bought by someone else and taken away. We’ve been searching for him ever since! To donate: bit.ly/3I1ucWT

I think Feather may have accidentally launched her own little campaign. 😂🐄
Instead of sponsoring a whole month, how about feeding Feather for a day or two?
A tiny gift from one person, another little gift from someone else — and suddenly this very “starving” girl has a full tummy and my clothes might finally be safe. 😭😂
Who wants to buy Feather her next meal? 💙
🚨 URGENT APPEAL: PLEASE FEED FEATHER BEFORE SHE EATS THE REST OF MY WARDROBE. 😂🐄
Feather is now 2½ months old and has apparently decided that I am not her human… I am a walking buffet.
Yesterday, while I was busy telling my team off, I suddenly realised she had almost swallowed half my scarf. 😭
Then came my sleeve.
Then my shirt.
Then my trousers.
And when there was apparently nothing left worth eating… she started pulling out that enormous tongue and chewing and sucking on my HAIR. 😂
Honestly, she was stuck to me like a magnet.
The poor, terribly “starving” child clearly gets absolutely nothing to eat here. 🤣
So please, somebody sponsor Feather’s food before my entire wardrobe becomes part of her diet.
And if anyone would like to sponsor my replacement clothes as well… I may soon need those too. 😂❤️
She may be naughty, greedy and completely impossible — but goodness, we love this little girl.
Help us keep Feather and all our rescued animals well fed and cared for. 🐄🐾

Is it only me… or can you see that beautiful smile on Ronnie’s face too? 💙🫏
When I held his face gently between my hands, I genuinely felt as though Ronnie knew: life is beginning to change for him.
He is getting better and stronger day by day. His walk is improving, and we are seeing more of his personality returning.
But he is not ready for a working life — and in truth, he should never have to return to one.
Even now, when Ronnie lies down, he still struggles to get back onto his feet without help. An animal who is still fighting to rise should never again be expected to pull a loaded cart.
And Ronnie’s case needs a different kind of Second Chance.
His owner has significant mobility limitations and walks with crutches, so a standard motorised cart would not be safe or practical for him either.
That means we need to find another way.
We want to set up a suitable, permanent source of income for his owner — something like the small grocery shop we previously established for another elderly working-equine owner.
Because our goal is not simply to save Ronnie today.
Our goal is to make sure Ronnie never has to pull a cart again — and that another donkey is never bought to replace him.
So tell me…
Can you see that little smile too? 💙
If you can help us secure Ronnie’s permanent retirement, please donate.
And if you cannot donate, PLEASE SHARE. Ronnie needs his story to travel beyond the same small circle of people who already keep helping us.
Follow his journey and help us give him the ending he deserves.

✝️ I believe in God, the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Amen. 🙏

Nina is proof of how much healing can change a dog's spirit. 🤍
After being used for breeding, she developed a painful, rotting 0.7kg tumour that left her hurting and angry at the world. Today, the mass is gone, and she is a totally different dog, pain-free, loving everyone she meets, and always smiling!

This is how cruel and ignorant humans can be.
These tiny puppies were taken from their mother, stuffed into a plastic bag, and brought to us in extreme heat. The heat was so unbearable that even the boy carrying them had taken off his shirt and placed it over his shoulder — yet the puppies were trapped inside a closed plastic bag, where the heat would have been even worse.
It is nothing short of a miracle that they survived.
This is why education matters so much. Every day, we try to teach people that animals are not objects, not burdens, and not lives to be thrown away or carried like rubbish.
But while we keep educating, the cruelty outside does not stop.
More babies keep coming. More suffering keeps arriving. More cruelty cases keep filling our shelter.
For so many of these voiceless souls, our shelter is the only place standing between life and death.
Please HELP us keep being that safe place.

When I’m tired and feel beaten by a tough day seeing dogs suffer I open my phone for inspiration and look at old photos.
Sienna when I found her this time last year alone on the streets of Thailand after a life of giving puppies.
Look at her now so fluffy and happy in Wales ❤️

We urgently need your help locating two Thoroughbred mares adopted through Mareworthy Charities, An Indiana Night (Indy) and Willowamina (Willow), whose whereabouts are currently unknown following the equine welfare investigation in Boyd County, Kentucky.
Both mares were last personally seen by Mareworthy on October 15, 2026. We had been working to bring them back into our care, but before we could complete their return, we learned they were no longer among the horses located at the property. Many of you have asked us to share photographs to help identify the mares. These are the most recent photographs available to us, although their appearances may have changed since they were taken.
We also want to be clear that 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘆'𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵. We share the concerns about what is visible in that image. We are providing it because it is among the most recent photographs we have to help identify her, not as an endorsement of those conditions.

Two days ago, Ronnie collapsed on the road — exhausted, overworked, and unable to keep his hind legs beneath him.
Today, after treatment and rest, he is trying again.
He is still wobbly and far from fully recovered, but he is fighting for every step. He even wants to roll in the dust, yet seems to know that if he lies all the way down, getting back up will still be difficult.
Ronnie must not return to work.
His owner also has severe mobility problems and walks with crutches. He cannot safely ride or operate a standard motorbike-style cart, so this case needs a different solution.
Instead of replacing Ronnie with another donkey, we are now looking at helping his owner establish a small grocery shop or another suitable livelihood — so Ronnie can retire permanently and no other animal takes his place.
Please SHARE Ronnie’s story. We need new people to see it if we are going to complete his Second Chance. 🫏💙
