I got mine recovered recently by Miles_techz.
@UbisoftSupport Hello, I need urgent help with an account recovery (Ticket: #[25866049]). My original email was compromised so I cannot receive the verification codes your automated system keeps sending. I have Proof of Ownership ready. Please help me reach a human agent!
