We all know it, but scary to think almost everyone in the room’s hand went up when asked if they’d ‘nearly had an accident’ driving home from a night shift

Some feel that we don’t need resilience, just to generate system fixes. BUT there will still be hard situations & #difficult days for which individual resilience is important #wellness
