Bill Parcells shares the difference between winners and losers. "Losers assemble in little groups and complain about the coaches and the players in other little groups." "But winners assemble as a team." Winners don't point fingers and they don't make excuses. They dedicate themselves to personal excellence and team excellence. They commit to the team, bringing a positive attitude, and doing the work. (Quote referenced from Emlen Tunnell)
