First swim at Inspire ⁦@ActiveLuton⁩ that I have tracked on ⁦@SWIMTAG⁩ 3rd training swim in total. Great to have an idea of baseline. Times x5 and we’re nearing target of 75 lengths for 75th 🎂 of NHS. Training for the staggered triathlon. Read more on just giving

Swim 16. Didn't want to run in the snow so up early to the pool for a mile swim this morning. Happy with time as actual swimtag time and not my rough calculations/remembering what time i got in etc. Harder going back to 50m pool after few weeks of 25m pool.
