Take your blood thinners folks - still the gold standard for stroke prevention in patients with AF who don’t have clear contraindication to anticoagulation.

We need better prehospital tools to identify ischemic vs hemorrhagic stroke. ICH patients appear to do worse with PSC bypass and DTIR.

Algorithms won’t replace stroke experts but they might be able to improve mimic detection by ED or EMS personnel. No one TS mimic score stands alone but provide complementary info.
