Pirates Athletic Director, Ken Ralph, announces retirement in December after 37 total years in college athletics, including four years of immense impact at Southwestern!! Ralph was instrumental in several initiatives including locker room improvements, a new team film room, a recruiting lounge, a content creation studio, baseball facility upgrades, field lighting upgrades, the golf lab, branding upgrades, the new Multi-Purpose Sports Complex, and more!! Above all else, Ralph’s presence was felt by every staff member and athlete as he attended every single Pirate home event. He encouraged our students both in competition and life beyond sports! Please join us in thanking him for his leadership and congratulating him on his retirement.
