It appears the Govt could do with some basic maths lessons..... If they cut 1102 officers from our workforce, and then only gave us funding to replace 675....that means we still don't have as many as we did before. Poor maths, poor decisions, poor treatment of our communities. – at North East, England

By redeploying existing officers @NorthumbriaPCC has put an extra 134 police officers into neighbourhoods.👏🏾 But she can't replace the 1,100 officers & £148m the Tories have cut from the #NorthEast Govt tried to claim police numbers were up but the data tells a different story.

Only Labour can build a better Britain. A Labour government would choose to properly tax the excess profits of oil and gas giants to freeze council tax for working people.
