"PER DOG" will be a pledfe thst will show up on your PayPal or credit card as $0.01 until the campaign is closed. If you select "FIXED AMOUT," your pledge will be sent to Shelter and Rescue Partners immediately, and held until the dog is saved, if saved. If a dog is returned to his owner, adopted from the shelter, or sadly killed at the shelter, WE WILL APPLY YOUR DONATION TO ANOTHER DOG. WE WILL NOT REFUND IT, because we are charged double fees to first receive and then refund you your full donation.
