Waterfront properties on Topsail Island are clearly the juggernauts when it comes to STRs. According to this chart this isn't how it has always been. It would have been tough to justify a luxury or upscale waterfront home a few years ago, which is crazy!
Today we are looking at 1159 N Anderson Rd, Topsail Beach, NC. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 sqft beach front home.
