What kind of information should a #RightsHolder have to #record with @CBP? Information can be found on the e-Recordation site. The most important items are a valid registration from @uspto or @CopyrightOffice, and point of contact. For more: iprr.cbp.gov/s/
After being granted your #trademark from @uspto **OR** #copyright from @CopyrightOffice , it's important to #record your trademark with @CBP. Customs is able to #enforce your #IntellectualProperty at U.S. borders.
Do #RightsHolder have to register #TradeSecrets with the @uspto for protection? NO! BUT, there required steps that must be taken to prove you have a trade secret.

BUT REMEMBER! #IntellectualProperty is territorial. In order to enforce your IP, you must have it registered in that country.
