As Canadians celebrate #FlagDay this weekend, I’m thankful for the many opportunities I have had to compete under our (very much sovereign) nation’s colours at home, in the USA, and abroad.
As someone who teaches data driven decision making skills, there is NO data back up claims that DEI hiring has been anything but good for our safety as until this week of changes made by the new administration there have been NO accidents like this one.

The first commercial air disaster in 16 years happened shortly after Trump froze hiring air traffic controllers, fired the FAA director, and politicized air safety.
This prescient tweet dropped 12 hours before the crash, and 24 hours before Trump blamed Obama, Biden, and DEI. Unbelievable.

Trump's press conference today, blaming the FAA's hiring of women and black people for the crash - was disgusting. Especially after he just threw the FAA into chaos, ousting the Administrator and the whole FAA safety board.
