“Being hated by fools is often the price you pay for refusing to become one of them.”
“Schitt’s Creek” star Dan Levy is calling out Shane Gillis' #SNL monologue.
"I’m speechless that something like that can exist on live national television. And to be perfectly honest, more men need to be standing up in opposition to it because it’s complacency that has created the environment in which women are sexually assaulted and it’s a ‘conversation’ as opposed to a ‘crime.'" variety.com/2026/tv/news/dan…

So let me get this straight: he was arrested for doing the exact same thing that every record label does?
He got 18 months for the music business?

This is the first time a partial epigenetic reprogramming therapy has entered human trials.
Life Biosciences just dosed the first patient in an FDA-cleared Phase 1 study of ER-100 for optic nerve damage.
The therapy delivers three reprogramming factors—OSK—via gene therapy into the eye, switched on only while the patient takes doxycycline.
It comes from David Sinclair’s Harvard lab. A 2020 Nature paper showed the same approach restored vision in aged mice and a glaucoma model by resetting epigenetic marks in retinal cells.
Non-human primate data later showed similar functional gains.
The trial is narrow: open-angle glaucoma and NAION, safety first, roughly 18 patients, years of follow-up.
It is not a whole-body age-reversal study, and claims about Alzheimer’s, ALS, or systemic reset remain unproven.
Still, this is the first real clinical test of whether restoring youthful epigenetic information can improve function in living human tissue.
If the eye works, the platform logic is clear: same mechanism, different organs, separate delivery problems.
Most longevity ideas die in mice. This one made it into a patient.
The eye is the proof point. Everything else is still a hypothesis.

This is insane 🔥
The FDA cleared the first human age-reversal trial
A Harvard professor proved you can reverse aging by 75% in 6 weeks in mice cured blindness, reversed Alzheimer's, MS, ALS, kidney and liver disease then confirmed it works in monkeys
Now humans are next. Life Biosciences raised $80M to make it happen
His words "The eye is just the beginning. We believe we can treat every tissue. A whole body reset"
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post overstates: FDA cleared Phase 1 trial of ER-100 for glaucoma/NAION eye conditions using reprogramming, not general age reversal. Mouse study (Lu et al Nature 2020) & primate data restored vision in optic models; Alzheimer's etc. unproven here. $80M raised.

I think people should abandon their pegan brushes, and paint only with their fingers, as God intended.

I use AI to help illustrate my children’s books. Does that make the art bad? I set the style and scene, then make edits on the image as needed. I would not be able to publish them otherwise.
