Hi Celia, My own issue has been resolved — thank you for that. What about everyone else who deposited and still cannot withdraw their funds or swap to crypto? This has been going on for over 18 hours. That is absurd. People put money in and now they cannot get it out or convert it. This is terrible and inane. You cannot fix one account and leave the rest hanging. We are calling this out. Please treat the other users the same way you treated mine and clear the pending withdrawals and swaps immediately. @CeliaWallet

Hello @CeliaWallet , we’re honestly getting concerned about what’s happening with our accounts. Our deposits are going through, but we’re unable to buy or withdraw our funds, with no clear explanation. Many of us have also reached out to support, but we’re still waiting for a response. Our money is stuck, and the lack of communication is becoming really frustrating. Please @CeliaWallet , we need a clear explanation and an urgent resolution for everyone affected. 🙏🏽
