I believe in the right of the state of Israel to exist. therefore I am a Zionist, therefore, according to @TheGreenParty I am a racist. I will keep to myself what I think they are, but electorally they’re toast.

90 years ago, Britain stood against Mosley’s fascists at Cable Street.
Jewish people, Irish dockers, trade unionists, socialists and their neighbours stood together and said: THEY SHALL NOT PASS.
Today, Jewish people are having to fight simply to make sure their own role in that history is not erased.
How can you organise a “solidarity” march about Cable Street while leaving the Jewish community — the people Mosley’s fascists were targeting — out of their own story?
And where are the words from our political leaders?
Where is @AndyBurnham?
Where is Home Secretary @ShabanaMahmood?
Where is the clear condemnation of antisemitism and the erasure of Jewish history?
Thank God @GBNEWS is giving this issue a voice when too much of the mainstream media seems unwilling to confront it.
We defeated fascism 90 years ago.
We must not become so complacent that hatred of Jews becomes normalised again.
Cable Street belongs to everyone who stood against fascism — but Jewish people must never be erased from the story.
Never again means NEVER AGAIN. ✡️🇬🇧

‘You can't call a solidarity march and then erase the people.’
Award-winning executive producer Eve Kay argues that Jewish people are being left out of their own history, as a march was held to mark the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street in East London.

Q. Is El-Sayed a genocide enabler?
Ans. Yes! Those who slander Israel with genocide do so to divert attention from the sustained 78-year Arab effort to eliminate the Jewish state and its inevitable genocidal implications.
Q. Is the DSA a genocide-enabling movement?
Ans. Axiomatically! Logic does not spare the self-righteous. @AkaLazarus @DavidSuissaJJ

The institutionally antisemitic Green Party in the UK declared "Zionism is Racism," a lie first invented in the Soviet Union. Can somebody tell me where the USSR is now? The Jewish people outlast all our enemies.

I am a Zionist.
I believe in the Jewish people’s right to a state in our homeland, in our right to live in peace and security.
As we prepare to mark three years since the October 7th massacre, the UK Green Party has chosen to side with terrorists and antisemites.
It is not Zionism that’s racism, it is the Green Party.

This was a difficult read. Ireland’s profound and eternal shame.
‘Hand said that while he still viewed himself as an Irishman and truly loved the country, he had been left “very disappointed” by the land of his birth. He said that despite the enormity of the shadow cast over people’s lives by the events of October 7, he believed the Hamas attacks had not had a lasting impact on public consciousness in Ireland.
“That was forgotten within two days. My daughter was kidnapped for 50 days. My ex-wife, who is the mother of my two older kids, was killed. Shot in the stomach, shot in the neck. I have a hundred people that I know that were murdered that day. I have 30 friends and people that I know that were kidnapped that day.”’
Remember this every time Irish officials pontificate on an international stage about how our anti-Israel stance is driven by ‘humanity’ and ‘our history’. Ask them this: where was the humanity towards an Irishman whose ex-wife was murdered and daughter was kidnapped? Where was the empathy towards one of our own who has *actual* family history in our nation, not simply a claim to it due to an imposed narrative of ‘parallel struggles’?
They won’t have an answer for you. Because they know very well that we betrayed little Emily Hand, a kidnapped Irish child that our then Taoiseach egregiously described as ‘lost and found’.
A poster of her was viciously torn to shreds in my hometown of Dún Laoghaire, which is incidentally Tom Hand’s hometown also. The shame of it all is unbearable.
