Master yourself, how you feel, and you master your speech
Calmness, confidence, and certainty has a distinct effect compared to someone who speaks from a place of discomfort, stress, inflammation, etc
This is the opposite of the healthiest looking people with the yogurt and fruit in their cart
These will have like 3 gallons of whiskey and deli meat

Low mag stressors with endotoxin face always sound like they're about to die when they're talking
So many people are like this, the endotoxin face low mag phenotype is everywhere
Once you begin to experience what the body operates like at peak function it becomes hard to miss
I use exogenous butyrate for its systemic effects, not for its colonic effects... The bacteria producing the butyrate in the colon do that
It's the same on a smaller scale for dietary butyrate from dairy fat
Replying to @HansAmato
What mechanism would Butyrate supplementation downregulate it's production in the gut? This does not seem to be the case, and supplementation of butyrate generally has been shown to increase the abundance of butyrate producers/cross feeders
Sodium butyrate is absorbed in small intestine, butyrate produced in colon as a byproduct of fermentation, it's an intrinsic property of the bacteria itself

Human breast milk contains 9192 peptides involved in immune regulation (Thymosin a1), others in gut development (EGF) and cellular signalling (leptin).
Crucial components that cannot be replicated…

The notion of “nutritional dark matter” is key here. We know literally nothing about the active compounds in food. We know maybe 150 of many thousands, maybe tens or hundreds of thousands. This is why the attempt to replicate foods like milk in bio reactions is doomed to fail.
Every time I go to talk about how much I like one color I also want to go onto the next color to talk about how much I like that one too
This will be the make it or break it moment for nutricost, I will buy this and taste the powder directly out of the capsules, I will then know if this is a high quality product

I am not a Peater….
Not a Kruser.
I’m not a carnivore, or a vegan.
Not a fitness ho, not a beauty influencer.
I’m not a chef, nor a crystal slanging spiritual falallala.
I’m not a Quantum, a Bowtied, a science citation or an Herbal know it all. Not a supplement pusher or peptide expert.
I’m not a Dr, dropped out of med school a long time ago & I’m definitely not an owner of that $300 naturopathic certification. Not a PHD. Nor a BBL. No post nominal titles.
I don’t thump bibles, I don’t shit post while my infant sleeps, I don’t steal content, or try to sound like anyone else. I don’t sell my feet for Gucci bags & don’t troll people more intelligent than me. I don’t AI every facet of life.
I can give a fuk about politics & have no interest in titles, sides & anyone else’s theories.
I’m just some Arab gal who grew up in a large city & had knowledge that didn’t quite fit into any of these boxes.
So I chose to focus on what I am to my core & curate the ability to take what beautifully resonates in it all….
And then leave the fkn rest.
Maybe God erased that herd culture out of me before I got here. Idk.
But it’s all worked well thus far. 🥂
Also, vitamin K1 specifically is important for gastro mucosal barrier integrity.. another thing that prevents endotoxin from getting into blood/having harmful effects
A lot of people in the spaces many of us are familiar with on X get very little or even no vitamin K1 because they don't consume anything green, if anything just a kiwi here and there.. Some of the people on here even think that K1 is "toxic"
And no, K2 will not be cross converted back into K1 and K1 has its own necessary purpose
I love people that learn and listen without projecting/deflecting/defending and other various psychological phenomena
Those who are relaxed-minded and never speak with such a blatant certainty on concepts they don't even fully understand, with such a certainty that they would feel embarrassed to even back down or admit to changing their mind
