Day two at #TurfTechSummit! Thanks to everyone who's stopped for a chat so far. sportsandstadia.co.uk
Day one at TurfTech Summit. If your training ground has a rainfall problem, ask us about Chiavari -> sportsandstadia.co.uk/produc…
New MacLeod System commissioned for Virtus Entella in Chiavari, Italy. The challenge here is heavy rainfall plus daily training traffic. The raised apex sends water to the perimeter, and Air Rollers let staff remove it in under an hour. @V_Entella

Nigel with Kristinn V. Jóhannsson, head groundsman at Iceland's National Stadium, after installation of the Full MacLeod Pitch Cover. @footballiceland joins venues including Lambeau Field and BMO Field in Toronto in using the system.
Undersoil heating works below the surface. The MacLeod Cover works above it, incubating soil temperature, exchanging air and letting light through the translucent membrane. At Iceland's National Stadium both now run together.

Full MacLeod Pitch Cover now installed at Iceland's National Stadium. After years of using the system through the Sports & Stadia service, KSÍ (@footballiceland) now owns its own, alongside a hybrid reinforced pitch and undersoil heating. sportsandstadia.co.uk/produc…

With the fixture set for live broadcast, the covers provide maximum protection for the surface below and support efforts to ensure the game goes ahead as scheduled.
