BREAKING 🚨 The Federal Government just declared a POWER GRID EMERGENCY across 13 states + D.C...
Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia... and Washington D.C.
The Department of Energy just issued an emergency order to PJM, the grid that powers 65 MILLION people... running Oct 13 through Oct 16.
Continued HOT temperatures are straining the grid... so power plants are now allowed to run PAST their pollution limits just to keep the lights on...
And as a LAST RESORT before rolling blackouts... PJM can force data centers and other big power users off the grid and onto their backup generators.
The grid could have as little as ~900 MW of cushion left...

The Pentagon says the firing squad execution of former U.S. Army Major Nidal Hasan will be livestreamed, the Associated Press reports. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said Wednesday that the execution would be “public” and that people will be able to watch it.
Hasan was convicted and sentenced to death for the 2009 mass shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, that killed 13 people and wounded 32. Hegseth recommended death by firing squad, and the Pentagon announced October 5 that President Donald Trump approved. Acting Secretary of the Army Adam Telle set the execution for 1 p.m. CST on December 3, 2026, at Fort Hood.

The coverage of a SECOND suspected plague death at an Irkutsk district hospital have surfaced... but Russian authorities have NOT confirmed it.
They're calling them "false reports."
Coverage from Moscow’s Channel 5 and Kommersant newspaper reportedly vanished from their websites.
Then there’s Baikalsk, a city in the Irkutsk region near the Mongolian border.
The administration there had urged residents NOT to travel to the Shelekhov district just a few days ago.
That warning was deleted, too.
The more Russia says there’s nothing to see...
