I have the same issue with AmexTravel - made multiple calls over 2+ hrs each. Still no resolution - the worst when it comes to booking flights and service! @AskAmex - something has to be done!
Having a terrible experience with #AmexTravel, I recommend all my friends to stay away. Price gouging & trapping you with flight credits that can only be redeemed through 3+ hr calls & still no resolution. this is how they service a Platinum card member for 10 yrs - @AskAmex

Hi Stefan, this was done way back and PBI has changed a lot since then… it should be easy to fix if the source file is there - just open in desktop and realign. Future releases just broke the old formatting
